How fast do you read chess literature?

This is probably my most worn out book. The first round I gave it took a long time because I use a board infront of me as I can't visualize it
Now I shuffle around in it enough to the point I can say I've read it at least three more times. But I use an app on my phone, not only faster but so much easier and can go into other lines without getting confused. Plus I dont look like an uber nerd at Starbucks
With the board I can say it probably took me a good two months but I wasn't just trying to get through it
