Stop playing blitz, play 15|10 rapid instead.
Analyse your lost games to learn from your mistakes.
Study annotated grandmaster games.
Study endgames.

I have "think like a grandmaster" book from kotov, it wont make you a grandmaster but it will give you insights of grandmasters' minds.
knowing how they think is inspiring but lack of their devices and abilities still pulling you down. but try, read it..
