so I practically played a lot of games and I study a lot of books and practiced them so I didn't just leave them after studying one chapter I study the entire book for hour to end

Lots of people use engines to win an extra game or two ..helps improve their rating

You have to analyse your games. You've been told that probably million times by now, but it is the only way. Experience alone won't help you improve, I've seen people with 150.000 games stuck at 1300s. That's because they keep repeating the same blunders again and again 150.000 times without analysing their games. Basically, if improvement is your top priority, you lose a game and you don't know why, you have wasted your time playing it.
