How is sacrificing both of my rooks for a checkmate attack not a brilliant move?

on move 31 I played dxe6 which sacrifices my rook and h1 and next my rook on a1 for a checkmate attack and a chance to lure the queen away from defense not a brilliant move.

on move 15, I played nxg6 which was a less impressive move, but it still got a brilliant!

Levy would be proud

Because your opponent could have avoided it. It was their choice to make the blunder, not yours
SacrifycedStoat
Because you would have been winning anyway if they hadn’t taken the rooks

oh thanks guys

A few reasons:

You were already winning by a large margin.

Your opponent blundered by grabbing the rooks.
