How is this a draw???

Looks like total check mate but it goes in my stats as a DRAW!  Can anyone shed some light on this for me, please? Thank you!

If its black to move this is a draw by stalemate. Since the black king is not in check and has no legal moves.

Oh!  I get it!  His square is not currently being attacked!  Beginner here!  Crazy that white has all that power on the board yet, it is declared a draw! LOL!  Thank you for the response!

if you run out of time as white, it is also a draw because black doesn't have sufficiant mating material, if he has atleast 1 pawn, even if it cannot move, it would be considered a win for black  for example if white ran out of time in the position below, black wins because he has a pawn, which once promoted can become a queen or a rook, either of those pieces and a king are enough to checkmate, now yes it would require complete blunders by white for the game to even be a draw let alone a white loss, but those are the rules of chess.
