I reported a player cheating we played 8 games 95%- 99.3% accuracy  on all 8 games . He was lower rated than me about 100 elo . i lost all 8 matches and when i checked the engine it was crazy and he played the moves fast too. And in most games he started with sacrificing a whole piece !! I reported him but no reply from chess.com.What should i do i wasted my time playing those 8 games and they where rated so 60+ elo is something it takes some time to grind back. Also someone else might play with him and waste his time too.

If you submitted an urgent report, then you should have received an automated acknowledgement in your email inbox pretty much straight away - it'll then be up to a week before the Support team will contact you, and then it will take them longer because this sort of thing needs to be investigated by the Fair Play team.

If you've submitted a non-urgent report via the other person's popup profile, then you won't get a reply until the reports from different users have accumulated to the point where they are reviewed and actioned.

If the Fair Play team identify a Fair Play violations, your ratings points from those games will be returned.

8 consecutive games of 95-99% does seem rather high.
