Like 2 or 3 days. If it was due to tilt it should be pretty easy to regain with a clear mind. I've only tilted like that twice, and I've regained my rating fast.

If you are an inconsistent player then you may struggle with regaining and gaining ELO.
After a 100pt + tilt, how long does it take for someone to gain their rating points back? For me, at least two months.
