on my tablet Samsung Tab S2 8" LTE with android lollipop.....i cant see correctly the options, the themes, the background (i see a orrible zoomed background).
is impossible to use. too many bugs.

I haven't had that problem and they work fine on both for me. If you haven't already you should submit a bug report when you encounter the problem on the PC by clicking the little bug icon.

Tried again on a machine with a mouse and still no scrollbar until I used the scroll wheel. Tried on my laptop with touch pad and double finger scrolling works. Looks like something changed as I didn't have to rely on that on Monday.
Are the emoticons the same in V3 as they are in V2? For sure, the trophies took a nose dive when this went to V2!
Edit: Hmm, come to think of it, I guess they must be because I haven't seen any different ones in the forums.

Not long enough. I'm using it now and miss what works. The chess board is too large and I cannot make it smaller. I only want to reduce it 5-10%.

Close to the top right corner of the chess board, you'll find a small resize button. It gets highlighted upon mouse hover. Click it and drag to adjust the board size. Seems a bit quirky, though. And doesn't seem to work on the live chess inteface. But it works on the game explorer, and any changes there are also applied on the live chess and other interfaces. Except for the correspondence chess interface, which can have a different board size.

Board resize works fine in Live. Here is me making mine really small.
What I don't really care for is that the other panels can only be resized vertically and that is limited a little.

Thanks. I found it in Explorer, but not the other screens. I had been trying in live. My wife told me that I'm too old for today's websites.

V3 is here 
I use it every day. I haven't used V2 in months. Our "public" launch will be this month.
Please never shut down V2.
V3 is good only for live chess.
I still can't place background pictures in my groups with v3.

Yeah, I'm on v3 99.9% of the time too. The end of the month hits my last prediction so I'll win the office pool

The only place I've had issues with it not working is on a mobile browser. Has worked fine for me in Aurora (Firefox developer version) in the past.
I forgot to mention that the Firefox Aurora I used also had a few tweaks done by myself. That might be the cause of the bugginess. But Firefox Aurora is typically released in alpha stage so it is prone to bugs by default. Not the best browser to judge a website.
I just made a fresh install of the latest stable release of Firefox (42) and it's working fine with v3 (except for the bug report). The live chess interface is pretty smooth.
