You may be using the word differently here? To me owning means you own the land and building. Your expenses would include things like utilities and property tax. Your income would be club dues I guess. And that probably isn't possible at 15.
By owning a club for youngsters maybe you mean you'd give lectures or organize activities? And he'd pay you for your work.
I'm 15 too, and the club I'm in is completely free...
If you're 15, you shouldn't be charging anything for people to join your club. Why would they pay to join your club when they can pay to join a different club with older, more experienced players.

LOL, the thing is that there is maximum like 2-3 people (including me) who goes to the club XD. Why do they pay him that much for almost nothing but playing pool or messing with songs in the studio?
