Find a local tournament and offer a few hundred dollars. You will be doing more for chess, and chess players in your area.
yep that's what I needed all along is a corporate sponsor.
A few of the top players (Carlsen, Nakamura) have corporate sponsors. Do many others further down the rankings list? And how much do you think a decent GM could make from a corporate sponsor?
