In top level play, while some tactics might be overlooked from time to time, especially in tighter time controls, you generally have to play near perfect games to at least draw. Most mistakes and inaccuracies played by the likes of us would almost always be noticed by a GM. And still, you can play a game with no technically bad moves and still lose to someone with a superior sense of strategy. That being said, GMs do still sometimes blunder, it happens to everyone. I just played a game without any blunders, mistakes or inaccuracies and 99% accuracy (vs 83%). I have was wondering how common that is? Do GMs do that every game?
