Give your brain a break. Eat well, sleep well, go out to sport a couple times/week. Also its good to get to know your learning curve. If you do a session then after some time your brain gets saturated. Take a 15 min break. If you feel mentally stuffed, take a longer break.

Hi! Im am rated 1420.Thats not too much considering that i want to get to Class A rating.I have decided and contacted some people to write me a schedule.I have a two year schedule i would like to share with you so you can use it or just tell me is it good and can i improve with it.For this schedule i used de la mazas book (r. chess improvement).btw im 15 :D years old.Well this is the schedule,share your thoughts...
1.For the first 30 days i will be using chess vission drills(if you dont know them check the book i mentioned)
2.After doing the drills i will spend 127 days doing the 7 circles exercise (doing 1209 tactical problems) with CT-ART 3.0 (again read the introdiction of the book for the informations)
3.the next 15 days i will spend playing games and anylising chess games with a computer
4.after that i will spend 127 days doing different 1209 tactical problems with a program called chessimo!
5.for the next 30 days i will study openings
6.for the next 30 days i will study middlegame from the art of middlegame by kotov
7.for the next 30 days i will study endgame from pandolfinis endgame course.
8.for the next 15 days i will remind myself of chess vission drills
9.for the last 127 days i will do 7 circles (new 1209 exercises all rated above 2400!)
I know this schedule is a little too much but im gonna follow it couse i really want to improve!So now 1420 what do you this ill be following this 1,5-2 year period,i want to hear your opinion (and dont question my decisivness,IM GONNA FOLLOW :D)BTW:a chessmaster:grandmaster edition is gonna anylize my games(its better than fritz)What i want for you is to tell me just in this 2 years what my rating could be?
