I don't think that you can my friend. I have managed to rise to 2200+ but I still have tilt periods where I lose numerous games on the trot for a few days.

I think that you just have to accept that we all tilt from time to time and have confidence that it will come to an end soon. Even Fabi goes on tilt sometimes.

Just Curious.

You can't avoid tilt but you can find ways to calm yourself down or cope with it the more you play the more likely you are to tilt eventually so learning how to lesson the effects is good usually I just listen to relaxing music or grind out the tilt

Tilt isn’t lose streak, but a psychological/emotional term for a problem after a pathetic/frustrating game. Here’s the trick:

1. Look at the position, not the rating
2. Calm down, take a deep breath, and focus on the game, not the person.

Usually after tilt I gain a huge rating boost

If you lose just meditate then play your next game

Hmm, I am feeling calm now. So I climbed back a bit. (1196 to 1282)

I will gain it back.

Tilt is when you lose a game, and then you keep losing games after that.

To avoid falling over when taking photos or playing games, stay calm and focus on your technique. Take breaks to reset your perspective. When taking photos, use a spirit level or grid lines to make sure the horizon is straight. When playing, set realistic goals and don't chase losses. Practice self-awareness and notice early signs of frustration. Remember consistency and perseverance are the keys to improvement.
