How to cancel notifications in forums

HI, I get a message saying an update to a forum I commented on once. How do I cancel my inclusion please? Thanks

I think you have to use a computer to change certain settings

A little settings wheel next to the Home button..

Deselect: 'Anyone comments on content I am following(You automatically track your own posts and content that you comment on.)'

You have to either unfollow the content directly on that page by unchecking the Follow at the bottom of the page, or go to Settings > Notifications and turn off Anyone comments on content I am following

 

Changing the setting you mentioned in post 4 will only stop you from automatically following new content you comment on.
