how to cross 1600 rapid , rapidly ?

can anybody give me advice for breaking past 1600 . Currently i know only kings gambit for white and don't use any gambit for black I just get along the game

The method I used was to play 15/10 and game review for 30 mins after each game to see where I went wrong

At a high level many people know that opening well, try a different more complex but still strong opening. Have multiple openings for black, and do a lot of puzzles

Caffeineed i don't think I'll consider cheating as a way for my progress
