4-5 whats? Seconds? Minutes?

I see you play both 30 minute and bullet.

I assume you are blundering when rushed in 30 minutes. The next  time that  happens, you should acknowledge the comment with something like "It's 30 minute chess. No talking. " Then, disable the chat.

Force yourself to take a calm look at the position.

This is a stupid question.

Start the game with - Hello, good luck. I am going into focus mode.

Ignore them, and use your time wisely.

These are the types of questions that have me worrying about society...

Most importantly, DO NOT disable the chat, you might miss out on some words that could change your life. Ahahaha lol

I've only run into one, or at the most, two of these types of members. ONLY disable the chat when it's one of them, and keep calm, laugh it off, because that's what it is, laughable. If the opponent wins because they distracted you with a comment, you're the better player, remember that.

I would say just go into focus mode, if they ask you to do something that you know will have a bad result, don't do it. Easy peasy, right? You can still look at the chat

If you decide to leave the chat box enabled, and someone wants to get chatty?  Just chat back that you enjoy long walks on the beach.  That seems to end things quickly.

Tell them you will play faster for $50 (U.S., Rupee equivalent, or Bitcoin). Tell them you accept Visa and ask for their credit card number and expiration date.

Just get off the chat tab. Problem solved. You have no obligation to read comments from your opponent.

Based on how much time you have left on the clock at the end of your games.  You're not even close to spending 4-5 minutes per move.

It disturbs me for a while you know its something someone with anxiety understands.  Best option is to disable chat and breath for a while before making the next move

Here's a piece of advice: Don't pay any attention to your opponents! Why would you want to do what they want? They want to beat you! There's a time limit. As long as you are not losing on time, you aren't moving too slowly.

Thanks thats pretty strong advice i will remember that
