If you're depending on them to move their pieces to a certain spot, that's not a plan, it's a cheapo. A good plan is one that will work regardless of what your opponent does (or can do).
Great advice. All Masters presume that their opponents will make the best moves when analyzing.

But the Fried Liver is good, it gets through.
I've actually got an older Andrew Martin VHS, "21st Century Secret Weapons," in which he goes in to great detail about how the fried-liver is actually pretty successfully refuted.
make sure they move in the right spot if not it messes the plan totally up and throws you off your plan!!!!!!!!
