How to fix queen tunnel vision

This absolute menace is making me question my life choices. I don't even know why. I just forget that it can thermo-nuclear strike my pieces from 8 continents away. I can spot most forks and skewers with all the other pieces, but the queen eludes my calculation every time. Whether and early blunder or giving up some B.S attack, a lot of losses come from it.
