What would you recommend for me to get better because somedays I do really good and get some brilliants every once in a while and there are days where I am so bad and keep making mistakes and I dont even know why. I am 671 in rapid right now, Can higher rated players give me tips on how to get better on my level in rapid.

In your most recent game you lost, the problem was that you gave away too many pieces.
You won a piece in the opening, but over the course of the game, you blundered some pawns, traded your queen for a rook, lost a knight to a fork, and more.
I would recommend using more of your time to calculate and think about your moves, and what your opponent will do after you move.
I typically use around 10 minutes, more if my opponent doesn’t make many obvious mistakes, even more if I reach an endgame.

I am 870 rapid, but since I’m winning the majority of my games I’m probably under rated.
You need to practice to start preventing attacks. If you prevent an attack then you can’t blunder. If you think a bishop will aim at your king then try to trade it off, remove the square, block it, or trade it off on the square you think it would want to go.
