When ur rly low on time, and you don't have any winning attack, you should trade pieces. that way, you can play quicker and you won't get flagged as easily, for example, it is a lot easier to play a opposite colored bishop endgame than a middlegame with rooks, knights, and queens.

I'm great at rapid and bullet but blitz is this weird mix between the time controls and I have a losing record in it.

"I'm great at rapid and bullet ..."

I can only assume the definition of "great" has changed?

When you're losing the game, open a hundred browser tabs which creates a transferable lag which may disconnect your opponent.

This seems to be ridiculous, but it's true. I don't know if you play on other sites or otb, but here you only play with fast time controls. Play with longer time controls, learn to analyze and calculate, and your chess skills will improve greatly. Greater skills and knowledge will yield better results.

The irony of B1ZMARK flagging a guy called move_then_think is amusing to no end.

Anyway, there exists no magical way to get better, it just comes down to identifying your weaknesses via thorough analysis and then rigorously working to better yourself in those areas.
