How to get better at chess?

For years my rating is between 1200 and 1300. I play every day and I dont get better (or worse :-)). So I have a few questions: What is a good time mode? I mean blitz games are fun but probably not so good for learning and getting better? Is it worth getting membership here? The most useful tool seem the analyse. Are they good and helpful? What are some good chess books for my level? Any other tips or recommendations? Thanks in advance!

"I play every day" ++ Good

"I dont get better" ++ Analyse your lost games and learn from your mistakes.

"What is a good time mode?" ++ 15|10 rapid. It is the official time control for rapid competitions like the World Championship. It is long enough to make analysis worthwile. Thanks to the increment you can always win a won position or draw a drawn position.

"blitz games are fun but probably not so good for learning and getting better?" ++ True

"Is it worth getting membership here?" ++ It helps, but is not necessary

"The most useful tool seem the analyse" ++ Yes
