You get a FIDE rating by playing in FIDE rated events
To get a FIDE rating, you must play in official FIDE-rated tournaments. These are over-the-board events organized by federations affiliated with FIDE. You’ll need to:
1-Play at least 5 games against already-rated players,
2-Score at least 0.5 points in total,
3-Achieve a performance rating of 1000+.
Once these are met, your rating will be published in the next FIDE list.
