yeah well unless you become a 2700 plus GM it is hard to make a living off of chess...
I never said you could make a living playing chess, only you could gain rating after a few simple steps. And Grand Monsters make lots of money sure..
But you're forgetting the homeless, park dwelling chess hustlers I bet they make more money on a sunday then you do all week. They live life free!! Free Chess Birds !! !
