How to Get Out of a Slump

Recently, I've been horrible at 10 minute blitz as I have been making amateur blunders such as getting skewered, forked, etc.. I have a tournament next week so I have no time to take a few weeks break. Are there any faster methods of getting out a slump?

Just sleep well and forget about online blitz between now and the tournament. I'm actually having the same problem right now

Exercise and sleep hon. Yoga is probably the best thing for you right now. Go on Youtube and find some beginner videos and you'll see how quickly your stress disappears. Stress is probably why your slumping right now. By the way, nice blitz rating! Good luck Z I hope you really do well in your tournament.
