I have seen a blog which said that you can get the achievement by joining a tournament. I tried joining a tournament but failed to get the achievement.

That's for Daily tournaments I believe

I got the award by joining a swiss tournament.

You have to join a daily tournament to get this achievement

hello i am trying to g et the contender achievement but i didnt get it. i even got 3 gold medals from the tournament but didn't work. help!!!
