How to go from 1400 (previous 1500) to 1600 Rapid?

Recently I've been going through some serious chess tilt over the las two months. I've been trying to deal with it by taking small breaks of playing rapid chess, and I've been playing against a lot of bots recently. I've also been reading books like How to reassess your chess and Art of attack in chess, but I feel I haven't been improving as much as I would like to. My short term goal is to get to 1600 rapid.

And before anyone says that I should do tactics, I do A LOT of puzzles. In fact, I'm currently 2880 in puzzles, which I understand is high for my rating.

Any kind of help is appreciated a lot!

@404kunt true you need to analyze your games...@Rodricz and about attacking...try to get a slow positional advantage instead of overly aggressive playing style...of course if your apponent asks for it you know what to do🤣...as you climb the rating later this is more useful as tricks and traps become less successful as before

So should I focus more on books like "How To Reassess Your Chess" and "Mastering Chess Strategy" instead of "Art Of Attack In Chess"?

No books about having quick and aggressive attacks are good, but make sure that you don't depend on that...
