and what is point? my english fluctuate according to mood, tiredness, alcohol... is like talking to politician? never answer the question?

question was... keen player from Belgium want to improve his game?

Lion reply that good way is to play lots of rapid game and do tactic puzzles... as advocated by Carlsen, Nakamura, Kasparov and many others...

Bacon and Deardrie throwing a fit?! Why?

Only reason Lion can think... some club level, less 2000 rate players have a rather large and fragile ego?

The OP was given some very good advice.  You don't need to be a GM to give good advice.

The OP has chosen to ignore the advice he was given because it wasn't what he wanted to hear.

The first things someone needs to do before asking for help, is to be honest with themselves, and there ability.  You, and others may not like stiggy, and or deirdre's approach, but they give good/solid advice.

no problem, remember please one must enjoy this game... waiting 15min for opponent in classic game might not be so fun... rapid give more position but not super fast, is a compromise? Anyway, good to discuss but not argue,

what? Why do you say i ignore the advices? I agreed with Deirdre and Blueemu and added i should play more slow otb game to analyze since it is what helped me the most so far and that from now on i would pull a live board to play on to help me visualize better...

There are many things you can do to improve your middlegame planning but perhaps the most important is :

Play long games , and analyse them after they end.

The analysis is diagnosis. You identify what you did wrong and more importantly why. Finding the mistakes and the reasons in your thinking process is the most important learning tool that you have at your disposal. Don't waste it.

I'll be playing more long games myself this year.  I signed up for a local chess team as a reserve.  I really got to stop being so rating conscious.

You learn to let the rating go, you learn to really enjoy the game.

One can analyze annotated games of GMs. The more the better. This book have 1000.
