It really depends on what you already know about the endgame already. You are over 1200 rating, so you probably know basic checkmates and some theoretical endgames already. Was there something specifically you wanted to improve at?
how to improve endgame ?
As for the blunders, usually double checking your move BEFORE you play it helps. Same with anticipating your opponent’s move, but if you want more advice than that, then check out Daniel Naroditsky’s YouTube channel as he often talks about the types of defended (or undefended) pieces.
Basically, undefended pieces are vulnerable to tactics. It’s okay to have things undefended as long as you’re aware of it. Then things defended by a piece are the next in line; slightly vulnerable, but at least it’s protected. The most defended things are defended by a pawn. If you keep things defended and awake of when you don’t, then that’s already a big step to preventing blunders.

Hi everyone! 👋
I’m trying to improve my chess skills and would really appreciate some advice.
What are the best ways to get better at the game, especially in the middle game and endgame? Also, how do you avoid blunders during matches?
Thanks in advance for your help! 😊
