Everyone says to analyze games after you played. I just got back on chess.com, & they used to have study suggestions after the analysis, now they don’t, so what good is the analysis?

Spent 5 minutes a day solving puzzles a day is very “funny” advise. You should spent 5 minutes on every puzzle you solve.

When i play classical OTB i got 90+30/ 40 moves which means 2,75 min/move. In critical situation is normal to spent 10-15 min per move, sometimes even more.
