HOw to increase rapid rating

So, I made a forrum about bullet and how to get better at it, and a lot of you said to get better at other time controls, like rapid, which made sense. But HOW do i do that now? A few people gave me tips, but my rapid is still the same? I would appreciate some help to increase my rapid rating.
