How to make a meaningful forum topic?

So where do I start?

Probably by thinking of a subject that is debatable.

Well, thats one box you can tick.

And one that will interest the readers.

Oh. Well, one out of two!

Something chess related would go well.

Uh oh! But at least you have that first one!

Something that requires more than a yes or no, but some thinking is required.

Well, you may have ticked this for some... not for me, though!

Oh I'd give him 2/4 or perhaps even 2.5/4 :P ... and considering most threads recently average -1/4 :P ... not bad.

What can I say? I'm a harsh critic. It's been brought about by my upbringing.
