How to overcome the tactical problems in a minute blitz

I found a video saying I should use a method called woodpecker : I solved 100 puzzles from two days ago but I don't know if this is going to be a helpful method. I just want to get stronger at 3 minute blitz. No goal to get a title and any tournaments I don't even want to try any tournaments. I just want to have a strong foundation for three minute blitz. Do you think that this woodpecker method ( solve and review the puzzles) does help?

Woodpecker is really boring and frustrating. You should just try puzzle rush 3min to help

Why it is frustrating?

Because you have to do it alot of times and the puzzles are high level

I am solving with own preference. I solve 1500 1600 and 1700 and 1800 and 1900 and 2000 score puzzles on lichess. I want to make them my first instinct. I want to make seeing them so easy to myself in a real game. I once solved a 2600 score puzzle. I don't know who the hell can spot them in a real three minute game. Those things are for long games. That puzzle had a sophisticated answer. I might not be as strong as top players but I am strong enough to know that in a 3 minute blitz game everyone has a fever dream. It might be findable in a 30 minute game but no chance in a 3 minute game.

What’s your point then?

My question is : is this method good for blitz? Or it's good for classical games?
