How to prepare for tournament

Hi guys I am a 1100 elo and I have to prepare for a open fide tournament, which is a classical tournament of 90min+30 sec time control , going to be held in upcoming month. Can anyone please suggest me what should I do to score better . I mainly play Vienna with white and caro cann with black and I want to improve my middle game Please suggest me what should I do to improve my game

Mainly relax. If you know in advance your opponent, try to prepare against them a little bit (openings). Review important principles of chess. Don't rush during play. Fight as hard as you can and don't be afraid no matter who your opponent is.
