I'm 1880 FIDE. But I can't stop winning everything. I went from 1424 to 1880 in 2 months. My advise is to win. It feels so good
Yes my fides going up a lot but I don’t really care about my fide

Recently I grinded in otb my increase was over 100+ points but now I just tilted rlly bad -50. How to recover from it? any advice preferably from higher 1800 or higher in uscf thanks in advance
Anytime I tilt otb I take 2-4 weeks off of tourneys and do light study with mainly blitz. Then when I come back I feel refreshed and do better
2k uscf btw

Pog and yes I did take a break 4 about a month
You don't tell us what your USCF otb rating is, or how you won 100 points and lost 50 back. Was it a great performance in one tournament vs higher rated players (or a couple of gross blunders by much-higher rated opponents) followed by a return to your "normal" play? Did you slowly work you rating up only to have a couple of disasters vs much-lower-rated players? Or did you play well for a while and then seem to regress for a while?
For us club-level players (classes C-A), inconsistency is a fact of life. Were we able to regularly play our best our ratings would be higher and steadier. A swing of 50 points over a few tournaments is normal.
If the rise and fall was more sudden it was probably just luck, good and bad. You played variations your "inferiors" were very well-versed in. Your "superiors" hadn't played at all during the pandemic and were rusty. You beat a few oldsters whose ratings were floors because they were strong years ago but now are actually much weaker than their ratings.
In any case, don't think it was all about your play. The small gains and losses you describe will happen now and again over a long chess life. Relax, study to improve your weaknesses, and in the long run you should improve. And be sure to enjoy playing rather than putting too much pressure on yourself.
dk @d4nf6bg51-0 said bay area is under rated
but for me, bay area seems overrated
not true
he said the same thing when he kept on going up but now he’s in his level and it’s harder to go up
