How to report a guy that not behave well?

I don't think cursing once is enough of a reason to ban someone. If you don't want to hear him complain, just turn the chat off.

Great! It's pretty common to see a thread on the forums about someone being rude in live chess, but personally I've never really had such experiences. The rudest person I've ever encountered was someone who kept spamming "YOU SUCK AT CHESS" in the chat box when I was about to win, which I found more funny than annoying. But anyway, I think a very great majority of people here are pretty nice, and you shoudn't have experiences similar to the one you had very often.
