how to report an abusive player

Unfortunately, everyone faces some idiotic mentalities from time to another,

I'm here winning in 2 moves, but my opponent choosed to put on vacation, which is clearly not true at all, since he's mostly online all the time,

I think I should be able to report this childish guy and get my win at once, since there's no way he can do anything.

can anyone tell how can I report him ?

Thanks and good luck for all.

I think if you have a forced mate, you should be able to claim the win in a situation like that if it matters to you.

Be a man and resign!

It's a shame, but it's within the rules. I had two recent daily games each drawn-out an extra week after they were clearly won by me, where my opponent played them out to checkmate, but at least he made a move each day and had the right to hope I would blunder.  I moved the games along a little with conditional moves, including all the mate-in-2 possibilities at the end of the last one.  In your case, he can't even trick you into a stalemate because he has pawns to move.  My guess is you can't appeal to have the game decided in your favor ahead of time because that would create too many claimants that would overwhelm the staff.

There is nothing you can do. I have had games go one for months when players clearly abuse the vacation rules.

there are too many idiots here, don't try to be one of them.

He's just a coward not able to accept losing against someone with a lower rating.

Give him a trophy for his wonderful attitude.

Thanks for your comment, I disagree only for the point that its within the rules, I believe its not, and if it is, if must be modified to be considered a certain abuse.

josephpawlik4 is currently on vacation!
They have 21 days of vacation time left, but may be back sooner.

Do not understand how blowing all of your vacation time here just to: "Ill show em...Ill make em wait for the win"

You need three moves if he goes King to h2.

On a more serious note - you know that you can program this game to the end, using conditional moves - then you just forget about it, wait 21 days and then simply bag the win.

Personally I can't really understand such an attitude as your opponent shows here - I would think that someone would tend to keep their vacation days for their other games. To me it looks like the only person he is abusing his himself.

In other words - you have to wait a few more weeks to get certain points, that's not too bad - but he simply throws away good vacations days that can become handy in cases where he really needs them.

1. Im going to lose a game.

2. I refuse to resign.

3. Ill burn all of my vacation, just to stall the loss.
