How to resume the connection with the friend and open challange

Yesterday morning i invited my newly included friend Pinkischess with my Android phone Oppo latest model A15s She on not on line.Then i searched to my other friend who are on line but failed to connect only unlimited searching no result found.Then tried to open challange.Same case.Now only the active Daily games are functioning.Still it is being.But before that logging there was no problem.With another phone set all are ok.no problem.I can't understand whether the problem within the phone set or software.Pl.suggest to resume my lost part of operation.

yea i had this problem too . for me it was solved by deciding on who send who the challenge and who accepts it it is not 100 percent but it works better.
