how to setup custom boards

each time I go to chess.com I experience a different view. sometimes I can setup a custom starting board and other times this feature is missing and I can't find it anywhere. ho w do I find this feature in the online version?

That doesn't exist, other than the board options under settings.
Only ever saw that on the app version.

When I keep doing custom positions it keeps saying a error and it doesn’t work for me only once or twice
And does anyone know how to fix this
And also love how it started in 2019 and going on after 3 years

As far as I'm aware there are no issues with Custom positions. Where exactly are you trying to do it and how?
