How to unban ip address ❓

Asking for a friend who is having a problem while making account. "Error rg45" is appearing when he's trying to create an account

They'll need to contact Support directly using the option in the menu. They don't need an account to do that.

Who told you that. !? I had the same problem ealier and i did the same that i told to him

@I_um_noob Clear cache and past browsing history in Google Chrome. Then, after an hour of cooldown, go to chess.com in the same browser web you cleared the cache. Then, create a new account.
