In mobile, go more > vision (under vision) > do any of it. For computer idk but it should be similar.

Because they are fun for many people and you can get most of them sort of passive while learning and improving Also, personally I like collecting them, I used to go crazy for achievements back in the days when I played World of Warcraft ))
