How to Unretire from Chess

I had an old account. It's gone. This is my new sneaky account, for context.

I think I've been playing chess for almost 9-10 years at this point. At my peak I was about 1750 USCF before I plateaued and now I'm at the low 1600s. I basically stopped seriously studying 2 years ago and more or less retired 1 year ago.

Now I'm back in the chess scene and I don't know where to start. Everything from tactics to openings to endgames are all generally in a mess. Send help. Thx.

I looked at your last games and most of your opponents blundered a piece for no reason. I don’t know how to help with that situation.

Learn exactly how to think in the opening, middlegame and endgame — this is what I teach.
Always blunder-check your moves.
Solve tactics in the right way.
Analyze your games.
Study games of strong players.
Learn how to be more psychologically resilient.
Work on your time management skills.
Get a coach if you can.

I don’t think that is helping because he is managing to keep the 2000s
