How to win speed chess while tilted?

I've had a few strings of losses lately, and I have wanted to know how I can win while tilted, without mitigation. I want to promote to crystal, and I can't stand the thought of being dethroned after the games I did win legitimately.
I won't accept "don't play while tilted/work on that issue" advice, I am not interested in hearing it.As the challenge of individuals, regardless of race, background or creed, chess is about individual competency.
