I can't improve

I have been playing regularly over the past couple of months, playing 10 min rapid games. When i start playing, and im motivated i get pretty high accurate play between 80-90 percent accuracy. But when i keep playing all the progress gets lost and i drop habitually back to 1200. I don't understand why im not improving. I presume its because i get tired when i continue playing after about 6 to 8 rapid 10min games. Is this too much for me to handle and should i just stop? Today I played 12 games, beginning pretty good but now i am back to where i started. After winning some games I start blundering and lose all accurate play.

I need some guidance. A plan maybe. How much to play a day? Im not learning any openings yet, i just stick to principals, but even that i can't sustain after a while and i just blunder.

I like to play and think in chess and the idea of winning. But i just get tired after a while. A

And i noticed I get flagged so much. Am i too slow for 10 min? Or is it energy loss after a while? Oftentimes I have just a min left whereas the opponent still has 4 min.

Flagged?

Why do you get flagged?

The chess clock is for you to use. As long as you’re not stalling when you’re about to get mated, there shouldn’t be an issue.

The opening game shouldn’t take a lot
of concentration, so if someone is taking forever doing that phase, then yes it is a problem. However, once the game graduates to the middle phase, that is when then game slows down.

Also, the elo rankings on this site is underrated by 200-300 points. A 900-1000 rated player is more like a 1200-1300 rated player, so there are a lot of skillful players on this site.

What style of chess do you play, and what formation do you use?

Are you a defensive player, an offensive player?

Understand what type of player you are , and then master that form of play
inside and out. Depending on when you started playing, it can take years to improve in the game of chess
