I like to study the chess board while awaiting for his or her move but now once I make my move the board dissapears, can someone help please?

You have played 935 games of Online Chess. Presumably this has not been a problem previously.

Is it possible you changed your settings?

I did do a restore on my computer but I have always used my same settings for ever, but when I restored that is when the change made place. That should not have changed anything for I have not change anything on Chess.com, BTW Thank you :) and Thank you Chess.com :)
