i can't turn any of my peons.....

every time I get to the 8th lane. I can't turn the peon into anything. is like it accept it, but my time keeps running and I can actually go back and make a different move... can anybody fix that?

When your pawn reaches the eighth rank, a pop-up window should present itself. At which point, you select a piece (Queen, Rook, Bishop or Knight).

Are you seeing this pop-up?

       I thought I was the only one. Its a medical condition. Its called penus stuck-itis.

You're rated in the 1600's and calling them peons and the 8th rank a "lane"?  Really?

One thing to consider is what browser you are using, what version, the versions of any other software used, etc.  I know some browsers (the less common ones) sometimes present rather odd versions of the board.  One (they are working on a fix) tends to put pop-ups behind the current window.  Also, there is the question of pop-ups.  Some software (including most browsers) let you set differing security levels, such as whether to allow pop-ups.  Set things incorrectly and some programs just don't work right.  Then there is the ever-present risk of malware.  Some checking on of these points should eventually yield a solution.

           Maybe its his keyboard. Its spelled PIECES.

I think the OP is probably a mostly Spanish speaker.

I'm guessing that he either misspelt paens (Spanish for pawns), or intended the word peons (labourers). Whichever, his intent is clear.

           Well, what about it Tefolloto?,  Are your pawns moving now?

             When addressing a spanish dog wearing a hat, is it, Si Senor, or Buenos Dias Amigos?

more or less.... sometimes it works some others I losse the game trying. the thing is the pop-up window apears in scren , I select what i want but the time doesn't stop for me and nothing else happen from them... this happen when I play on my phone( HTC One). For the assholes the were making fun of ny spelling I'm just learning english, you try a different language and when accomplish somthing we'll talk... till then shut you pipe hole....

Playing chess on the phone can be tricky sometimes when other appliances such as tv are in close proximity. Once I was playing online chess on my android and my chess pieces were moving without my guidance . It seemed my opponent was placing them wherever she wanted for her advantage.There is transmission  " frequency interference'" .
