Bullet is a little bit like video games. For improvement rapid 15|10 games are the best.

Not to be that guy, but bullet isn't a very good judge of skill. I agree with what @crusaderking777 posted. That's a pretty standard system looking at FIDE ratings, but it can apply to on here too. Right now, you're maybe an advanced beginner @lotr-mt-doom. I am an advanced intermediate, possibly edging into 'Expert'.
Umm I probably can beat you in a classic in person game
And bullet is the hardest to get good at

I seriously doubt that. In-person to online doesn't fluctuate your points by more than 1000. And no, bullet is not the hardest to get good at. It's cheap tricks and moving the pieces quickly. It doesn't get that much different around 1900 bullet. I'm not insulting you or your abilities, but I'm saying that if you ever want to improve the first step is acknowledging there is room for improvement.
My pike on my old account on rapid was 1298

Earlier you said your peak was 1500. Which is it? I don't expect you to realize I have good intentions, but I'm not a fool. If I had to guess you are also a younger child, possibly earlier teen, considering the way your write your messages and your spelling of 'peak'. The reason that's important is because I know that in your mind its more about being 'better' in everyone's eyes rather than actually improving. Again, acknowledging your current and respectable skill level is the first step to improving.

I'm simply answering your questions. Do you want them answered or were you seeking validation? It's a public forum and I believe I've addressed your questions and comments. You are a beginner with potential to become greater. Keep at it, I do believe in you. I'm not sure why you think having people tell you you're an intermediate will make it so. And again I'm not making fun of or bullying you in any way. I was pointing out exactly what I believe to be true. You are young and so it isn't shocking you're not taking my comments as they're intended.
