But he can STILL get a FIDE title by beating a lot of people in a zonal tournament.

Bahamas belong to FIDE zone 2.3.5, so he will have players from:

Aruba
Bahamas
Barbados
Bermuda
British Virgin Islands
Dominican Republic
Ecuador
Guyana
Haiti
Jamaica
Ned. Antilles
Puerto Rico
Surinam
Trinidad & Tobago
U.S. Virgin Islands
Venezuela

Sounds quite easy: Only one dozen players of that zone are rated over 2400, and half of them are from Venezuela... :p
