I hate playing as black
What CooloutAC said is true...stop mindlessly playing e4/d4 openings and learn other openings, especially those that facilitate defense. My favourites are the King Indian and Sicilian, but I use the KID more.. It makes the game so easier and less stressful because you can easily predict most of your opponents moves throughout the whole game...had I not learned these openings that I still would have a rating below 1000.
But of course, it will take you 10-50 games with a lot of blunders and losses to really master these new openings. But once you've mastered these you'll realize that playing as black even becomes easier than playing as white as it is almost impossible for an opponent to catch you off guard, which makes that even on time you will constantly have the advantage...Right now I no longer stick to the KID or Sicilian theory and play logically/intuitively from very beginning of game, yet I usually play my first 10-15 moves within 2 minutes without any mistake most of the time....all of this thanks to the hundreds/thousand of games I played using King Indian and Sicilian...these openings really give black a use advantage once the brain picks up the "spirit" behind these openings and applies it to the whole game....for me there is a simple rule that summarizes these openings: every single piece and pawn should have protection at all times. Unless there is an obvious opportunity or threat on the board, securing your pieces is the priority. And the closer they are to one another, the better it is.

Must be psychological. At this level colours don't f***ing matter.
For the f***king record i f***king agree with you.

In all seriousness (well almost) i go over to f***ing L****ss and play only as black. It really helps to gain som level of comfort while playing the dark pieces. But i am still learning….*****

It's not about colors. You don't know the basics.
You have played almost 200 rapid games, and still move like ...f6 and ...g5, placing knights at the edge of the board, neglecting development and king safety, dropping material...
No, it is not about colors. You are simply trying to remember how the pieces are moving, and then picking one of them randomly. You aren't going anywhere like that.
Please, show me one game that you have played and:
- You were playing white.
-You won.
-You did not blunder.
I'm asking because I looked at your games a little bit, and could not find any.

Its going to continue being frustrating until you start examing your games to understand why moves are good and bad. If you know the why then you know which moves are good and bad faster. You also make less mistakes as you wont play moves known to you as being bad.

If you hate playing as black, force yourself to be more comfortable with black than white. Study black openings, and play as black all the time.

I got a professional chess coach, many years ago.
The very first thing we did - first thing ever - was decide on an opening repertoire for me to learn.
What first move did I want to learn as white?
What e4 defense did I want to learn?
What d4 defense did I want to learn?
This was step 1. Choose an opening repertoire to learn.
Every time i play chess as black i loss , even when i play well whitout any blunders it takes me a lot of time to move each place just for not doing a fault , but that takes a waste of time which it will be an adventage for the oppenent , finally he beats me with time . When i play so bad as black it's better to not to talk , my oppenent smaches me by a checkmate in less than 10 moves . I rarely win as black but in my last 10 games as it i lost all this 10 games ! this situation goes from bad to worst , it doesn't work with me anymore ! how can i do it better ? at least i just want some advices from olders in this website , cause when i play as white i don't find much problems as this , i'm feeling better when i play as white and i take just 2 or 3 seconds to play a move and most of them such a good moves that helps me to win at the end .
