In my opinion 800 and 1200 are the worst rating to be because you never no wether you are playing an experienced good player, a noob who just got their account, or a person who is actually rated 800/1200
Those ratings are easy to get out of if you learn chess theory. If you are 800 then you should just study the game a bit and you will reach 1300+
