I invented a method to checkmate with a king and two bishops

This method does actually exist already. It isn’t new. In fact, it’s the standardized method to checkmate with two Bishops. But the fact that you found it yourself shows a deep intuition and understanding of chess.
After some investigation, I managed to work out a method of checkmating with a king and two bishops. (I did not read any books or take any lessons about this.) First, keep the bishops together. This ensures that the enemy king will be confined in a box. Use your king to escort the enemy king to successive ranks whenever necessary. Lastly, use the trick shown in the PGN above (I worked this out too) to checkmate the enemy king.
